Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping anywhere in Canada on orders over $65 (after discounts, pre-tax). Orders typically ship within 2 business days via a courier selected based on your location, with delivery in 3–6 business days. Please note that shipping times cannot be guaranteed.

Returns
We want you to be completely delighted with your order. 

Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible—ideally within 7 days, and no later than 30 days after delivery.

Unopened Products
We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in saleable condition and will be inspected before a refund (minus shipping/handling) is issued to your original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and for ensuring the package is protected. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking number until the return is complete. Claims for lost or damaged returns must be filed with the carrier.

Note: Clearance/Sale items and gifts are not eligible for returns.

Opened or Tried Products
We cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Exceptions may apply—please contact us if needed.
